French and Indian War--The Indians

Hawkeye, from last of the Mohicans. 54mm metal Casting from Infinity Shape of Korea.

A photo of a young brave mixing it up with a little hand to hand with a Rogers Ranger (Most likely on the St Francis raid) 54mm metal figures by Soldiers of Italy.

The Lacrosse (War of little Brothers) hopeful stands on the sidelines waiting to be called in the game. He needs to strip down first, as I learned through some sincere constructive feedback at the MFCA show.....they played naked!! a 100mm resin conversion from a a very short casting run in the early 90's by a long defunct company, Soldat out of the Boston area. Stick made from Brass as it was the only material I could find strong enough to hold the curve of the hoop.

The fellow in primer is currenty on my bench. He is a 90mm metal figure from Harton of England. Goal is to have him and his companion finished by next springs show season.

Here he is in his full paintup
And as a set with his companion waiting patiently at Bushy Run in 1763 . Roughly based on a painting "Life and Death" by Robert Griffing. (Note: Ground work not competed in this photo)

The last one is a Huron. 120mm resin from Pilipi (sp) of Belgium, and just a gem of a piece. I was awarded a silver medal at MFCA a couple years back for him. He is my favorite, done in Artist oils over an acrylic base.
