Tribute to Boston Strong

A figure of Cy Young I recently painted and mounted as a tribute to Boston Strong.  It is a 90mm resign casting sculpted by Bill Horan some time in the 90's.  I painted it in artist oils over an acrylic undercoat , painted the Boston Strong logo and then mounted on a base ball kicknack I got at Hobby Lobby and then on an antique brass lamp base I got at a flea market. 
This piece will be my entry in the 73rd annual Miniature Figure Collectors of America show this May at Valley Forge
